Harley 84-99 Softail Tank Panel Specially designed to fit the '84- '99 Harley-Davidson Softail. This tank panel features several roomy pockets for handy extra storage! Velcro close flap keeps contents secure. We start with a base piece made from sturdy black latigo leather and craft the pocket portion using a black chap leather. This panel has a leather tie-mount in rear that secures around the frame.  (the lower stock screw is not used) This allows the pocket to extend all the way to the seat for maximum usability.
